I thought the one bedrooms were way over priced considering the fact that there was not a washer/dryer included and then there additional fees for valet trash.

Overall, I enjoyed the presentation. I really enjoyed the leasing agent and her fun personality. I really loved the size of the apartment and the new appliances. I would have definitely leased based on the presentation. The apartment was in my price range, and the discount was great. I was told I had 30 days to change my mind so I would have felt comfortable leasing there knowing that I had the opportunity to change my mind if needed. I loved the space in the apartment and the extra storage space on the patio. I liked the fact that there were reserved carports for each resident, and I loved the 18 month lease option. I did not enjoy the signage. The apartment needs a bigger sign so that prospective residents can find it.

Although there was not much in terms of what the community had to offer as different when compared to other communities, the leasing profession's desire to help me find the best fit for an apartment was admirable and made me feel as if he genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me, he even suggested I visit the sister communities. The 24 hour guarantee was a plus, as well as no credit pull when you leased a washer/dryer.

The apartment and office staff are great. The neighbors can be rude, and not courtiuous of others. The strong undesirable smell coming from other apartments can also be overwhelming at times.

If you have specific units that you have concerns with, please reach out to us and we can communicate with them and ask them to be mindful of other residents. We keep everything confidential and just try to send reminders, or lease violations if in violation with the lease agreement in order to help with this.
Of course as you understand, some things we are limited to getting with residents on, but if we can help with anything, we certainly will do our best :)
