Convenient to 35 and 114. Pond is beautiful. Pretty quiet. Maintenance requests could use improvement. It takes too long and even when the requests are attended to, they're done incorrectly. Still waiting for a new screen window since mine has a hole in it.

I love the area and my apartment especially. Before I moved it, I got brand new carpet, flooring, and paint. We live on the 3rd floor right behind the fishing pond, it's a perfect view! Not like staring at somebody elses balcony. Dana and Renee (leasing agent and manager) are very nice, always there to help you out. I have had a few issues, but I've never had to wait more then a day or 2 to get my issues fixed. They recently got an all new maintenence crew, they need to speak with them though. I just had my refrigerator worked on and one guy completely tore a huge hole in my kitchen floor. I am currently waiting on that to be fixed. Other then that, I love this complex. It's very quiet, secluded, yet close to Texas Motor Speedway if you're a race fan!

It's really nice living somewhat out in the country. The three bedroom I live in is spacious. The staff in the office is wonderful. Always smiling and so nice. The maintenance department needs work, and many updates need to be done inside the apartments, such as new flooring and new entry doors. The turn around time when a maintenance work order is submitted is quite long, sometimes up to two weeks with no response. I would have given the staff a 5, if it wasn't for the maintenance guy. Everyone else is superb! The work out room is nice, as well as the pool area, although it would be nice if the pool itself was updated and larger. The rent/water combo had a substantial increase this year, and is now comparable to renting a whole house. I have lived in apartments most of my adult life, and have never paid so much for rent, or had such a large increase with the signing of a new lease. The main reason I moved to Creekside was because of the price. Now, its a bit to high.

The staff that I talked to and met at this property are unbelievable. They are truly what sells this property and makes it unique.

NIce office staff yet the dumpster area is absolutely disgusting. I know because my parking space is next to it. There is only one tight entrance to the dumpster area and garbage stacks up on a regular basis at the entrance and outside. I have had multiple maintenance problems with my apartment in the less than one year I've lived here. Guests cannot see the number of my building when visiting.

I was totally excited to live in these apartments but the service is always delayed, AC was out for a couple of weeks and leaks weren't fixed immediately. I am glad I only signed a 7 month lease because I can't get out fast enough.

The leasing agent was very friendly and made me feel welcome.

This was one of the most amazing communities I have visited. The agent was exceptional and the community was appealing and inviting. I could actually picture myself living there. The price for the apartment was amazing as well.

This property was exceptional with what it had to offer for the amount you pay.

The staff was friendly and appeared helpful. The leasing professional stated that if any issue arose they were quick to respond. The landscaping around the complex was neat. The pool however was the only downfall. Leaves and dirt were in pool.

The property was great, and the agents created a warm and inviting feeling. Overall it was just a great apartment at a great price.

I found this property to my liking, and the rent was far more reasonable than the property next door.
