I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My girlfriend and I moved in not long ago and have had issues with office personnel and maintenance from day 1. Appliances have malfunctioned, and we have lost nearly $400 in replacing our ruined food. They refuse to reimburse any of it.

It s a good apartment complex, at times a bit to noisy. I have the night shift so I sleep during the day and it is sometimes hard with the noise. But good apartment community.

The office staff are very friendly and laid back. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and the maintenance workers are also friendly. It s a pretty quiet property except for kids that run around outside during the day. It s not a luxury apartment complex, but you get really good bang for your buck!

I really enjoy living here my children like it very well they like the people around us and the really like the schools and I do as well the community is awesome, very quite and peaceful I like it a lot

My next door neighbor does play their music a bit too loud some weekday mornings, but this is not most of the time, and that is not the Apartment Complex s fault. The place is clean and spacious. Workout room on site is easy to get to and convenient. I have not had much maintenance that has needed to be done, but whenever I have had to put in a Maintenance Request, it has been answered and closed in a timely manner. I love the covered parking. For all this complex offers, the price is a bargain! Would definitely recommend living here!

This community was in excellent condition. I did not observe anything that needed addressing. From the staff to the apartment, this location has more value than most others that I have visited.

The leasing professional was exceptional, very professional, thorough and pleasant. She informed me that three of the four leasing agents lived on-site; therefore, I felt they would understand the residents prospective. The community had very nice amenities, and the staff member I toured with was very proud of the management company.

I was very impressed with everything I viewed at the community. Everything was neat, clean, and well kept. The apartment features were beautiful and I loved the floor plan.

The apartments themselves seem slightly overpriced for what you get, so I would look elsewhere.

All three of the employees with whom I came in contact with seemed extremely friendly and welcoming. The leasing professional mentioned she lived on the property, which led me to believe that the property would be a good place to live. The layout of the two bedroom/two bath apartment was very appealing and immaculately decorated. While the amenities matched those offered at most communities, the leasing professional made an effort to demonstrate how those amenities would fit with the needs I had expressed. I was surprised not to hear about any community activities or ways in which the residents created a community. The addition of the stocked fish pond and jogging trail added an original aspect to the community, and the leasing professional effectively used those areas to build value.

The apartment was spacious and felt like a home. The presentation by the Leasing Professional was very good. She was upbeat and personable. She painted a great picture of what it would be like living here. She gave an inspiring tour and made me feel like this would be a perfect place to live. She made it clear she would love me to join the community. The amenities were appealing and well kept.

The experience was A+. I could not have asked for a better tour. I received top notch service. The appearance of the community was overall awesome!! It was an awesome property and staff.

For the most part, very quiet and serene, outside of my apartment. While I am on the inside, I have to deal with a six year old girl who constantly runs and stomps around, knocking my pictures off of the wall, breaking a few of the frames. She runs hard and at all hours of the day, until 10:00 pm and sometimes later than that at night.. I have an issue with that, and in the fact that I live and pay for an apartment that I can not relax in, nap in, sleep in, or find peace and quiet in. And also feel it's a shame that there is nothing I can do about it, other than talk to the dad of the girl, who apologizes, shuts the door, and lets her continue to run.. There is a lot of grass outside to run in..why must the running take place above my head, disturbing my peace. I would highly recommend not renting upstairs apartments to anyone with children who are in the running stages of life.
