Other than Debbie (who is no longer here) and Caitln, no one follows up or seem to care if things get done.

Might not due to parking and all of the extra fees on top of the rent.

I have recommended this place to several friends and have had one move in so far.

The apt is cute and affordable so I would recommend based on that. When I'm walking around the floor is uneven for obvious foundation issues though. My son loves the amenities and the amount of kids there so that's a plus.

I referred my niece in May and in Dec. received my referral fee. The apartments are falling apartment and maintenance has gone down hill in the last year. The pool by my apartment is always closed and the leaves stacked up around my garage door for weeks before someone cleaned them up.

My only recommendation to someone else is to make sure that the apartment they are getting actually has the features you want.

The community was impeccably designed with resort style amenities. It was located close to major highways and many neighborhood conveniences to provide a lifestyle of excitement and convenience. It offered a fresh approach to building a community designed for resident engagement. The surroundings were attractive and floor plans spacious with modern features. I felt the staff was a team of professionals dedicated to quality service. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my visit to Chapel Hill. I found it to be a very good value for the money and offered a lot of amenities that other communities did not. If I were in the market for a new home, I would certainly consider Chapel Hill.

The community appeared to have been well maintained. The associate I talked with was quiet and did not volunteer much information.

The apartment community was huge and had great amenities. The leasing agent was very professional and apartment features were great.
