Neighbors are disrespectful. Office staff is rude and unprofessional. Lack of communication from the office staff in a timely manner.

Too much to name. We can not wait to leave this property. I have never had maintenance come to my apt and not do ANYTHING, leave and then never come back. Or say they are coming back in 30 ‘minutes and don’t come back until days later and only because I’ve called twice and sent emails to the property manager. Every since the original property manager left things have gone down hill. Things are even worse now that bellrock has taken over.

External care is not the best. Maintenance requests are not done well, only temporary solutions

Completely changed from when I first moved there. The complex was always kept up and power washed . Now it’s trash ever where and the breezeway is always dirty

The amenities were suppose to be open 24hrs (gym) now it closes at 10 i can barely get mail between 9 am -10 because I'm working. Our packages are just being left out in the room.

Ever since Bellrock took over, we have been less than impressed with our experience. The community is a mess. Maintenance requests take forever to complete, although I don't want to blame Jonathan because he does a great job once he can get to us. He just doesn't have enough help! The common areas are not well kept. The landscaping is a mess. The place was looking really nice after the post-storm cleanup, but then it all went to hell since. And the pool...it's always cloudy, the floor is dirty and it is rarely skimmed. The grill area is pretty gross too! No one cleans up after themselves and the apartment staff does little to maintain the area. Needless to say, we feel like we are paying a ton of money to live here and not getting much for it.

At first I would but this whole change of owner or what not putting time restrictions and not be able to use something and yet people disobey makes you as a person just do it if nothing is being done. Some of my plans have been on hold due to thatv

Due to the trash buildup and people not picking up their dog mess. This has gotten really bad the past couple of months. The staff is great though.

Lack of communication, dirty property, not enough parking, thin walls, not receiving an inspection form when we moved in. It was a very informal exchange about what was wrong with our apartment and it was never checked out. I do not want to be charged for the damages in our unit that we’re here before we moved in.

Trash everywhere daily, apartment leasing staff are not knowledgeable on anything if you even get an answer. 9/10 times I call the office they do not answer.

My emails go unanswered. The noice of neighbors is awful. The ants are now awful. The gym is missing items every day.

For the most part, neighbors are quiet and respectful. Unfortunately my neighbors above me have been noisy after 11 pm.
