The community amenities shown were similar to those offered next door and down the road. The upkeep of the common areas throughout the property were meticulous with attention to detail. The leasing agent came across as pleasant. He was prepared and had a pleasant personality.

The agent made me feel like he was just doing his job. I feel he could have tried to sell me more. I was not on the property long enough to enjoy what he was touring me.

The Leasing Professional, aside from his casualness, was trying to satisfy my needs. He did listen to what I wanted and my objections, and he did come through with an apartment that was satisfactory. I was not shown the amenities. At one point I asked about amenities thinking I would see them, but I was told they were there, but I still was not shown. I gauge a tour on how much information is offered versus how many questions I have to ask. I had to ask too many questions on this tour.
