La Villita is a beautiful place to live I've lived here since November 2011 and I haven't considered living anywhere else since When people come to visit me, based on my reputation for good taste, my guests have all said this looks EXACTLY like somewhere they'd EXPECT me to live at I've been known to give the same type of tours to my visitors that the staff provide to prospective residents. My parents and my sister are planning on relocating to Texas from NY in the near future and when they told me this, I told them they won't have to look anywhere else as far as a place to live whenever they're ready to move. The staff is friendly and professional to the point where there's a genuine family vibe fostered. If you lightly mention a concern about your place, a work order is placed immediately without a second thought. I mentioned chirping from my fire alarms possibly due to the batteries needing to be replaced to Assistant Manager Diane Linkletter. The conversation with Diane took place before 12 noon. When I came home at 3 30pm, a member of the maintenence staff was already there replacing some of the fire alarms themselves. Not just the batteries in the fire alarm s I love walking down to the canal lake with my daughter. There even appears to be a gondola service now down by the waterway. But don't quote me on THAT aspect as I still have yet to confirm what I saw first. -

The gym facilities were already nice when I moved here in November of 2011. They continuously improve upon that including but not limited to acquiring personal fitness trainers. The amenities center is tasteful as well as high tech with things like a flat screen monitor that shows what unit has packages awaiting them as well as what company delivered the package. There's a dry cleaning concierge service. The La Villita staff often times plan events for the residents to participate in. I could've chosen to live on ANY property in Las Colinas after the first year here. But it became more like home year after year and I would recommend living here at La Villita Apartment Homes to anyone looking for a beautifully kept property that is managed by caring, knowledgable staff members.

I already raved to you my friends and family about my new place I just don't like my neighbors above me because they are not considerate of me being underneath them. They walk very hard and drop stuff on the floor late at night. Beside that I LOVE MY PLACE FROM DAY ONE I FELT LIKE HOME
