Honestly, when I first moved in, I loved my place, the environment, etc. Now, its like the building is going down. Hallways not cleaned often. Stairwells are dirty; you have to request that they be cleaned. I can't walk my dog without trying to avoid poop. The office states that other residents from neighboring apartments are not cleaning up after their dogs, but I have seen some of our own residents not pick up after their dogs. Maintenance staff should not be required to pick up the poop.

the upkeep has gone downhill, so quickly...so sad.

I would recommend it for the great little business center and lots of common areas.

Although the apartment complex is beautiful and the Staff is great I have a lot of friends who need to utilize the conference rooms to work and they would be unable to due to the lack of Wi-Fi

Yes I would deifinitely. Apartments are beautiful and well kept, service is outstanding. I love living at Alexan.

The Staff did not effectively fix a maintenance request I had for over 3 weeks and once they realized they messed up they didn't make it right.

The trash that is left in the recycling bin is a eye sore. It makes the property look like a dump because people leave non recycling stuff that should be taken to the dump and not left. It makes the property look like it should be a low income property that is over priced. This must be resolved ASAP

Would: Friendly Neighbors, Amazing Neighborhood. Easy work commutes.
Wouldn't: The complex as a whole is doing less and less for it's residents. They are taking away things like our monthly breakfast.. All events are cheap and not interesting.. All trash cans smell horrible, dog park smells like poop and maintenance doesn't clean up. It's almost as the complex did many nice events just to get everyone in the door.. Bad word of mouth spreads quicker than good.......

Clean unit and property. Good customer service from office and maintenance staff. Good location.

Very clean and I like the area. Staff calls you by name and very professional. Great place to live and call home.

Alexan Las Colinas is an amazing community. Great staff, great residents, amazing overall!

The floors have no noise suppression. It is not a good experience.
