Good place but high rent.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

Paying for a “gated commuity” and not getting delivered what was promised is a turn off. I had had solicitors knocking on my doors too many times for a gated community.
We do apologize for the inconvenience of the gate. We had the vendor out today assessing the situation in so they could order necessary parts for repair. They have put us back on schedule for Monday/Tuesday of next week to come out and make the necessary repairs.
