The community has changed drastically since I first moved in. The apartments on lower floors in building 34 have their music so loud that it disrupts the higher floors. The quality of renters has diminished from mostly professional tenants to those who are disrespectful and do not follow rules!

When we were looking at the apartment, we said that quiet was a priority. I can understand why the office may not be aware of the noise and that there is nothing that can be done about it, but this is why I would not recommend this apartment.

The location of this community is perfect. Close to shopping centers, grocery, main roads, but it stills feels serene.

Office staff are amhorrible. I asked to be moved to a smaller size townhouse because I want to get my own house. Leleen said well youve been late and they will ask us. In other words or how I took that is that she will share Ive been late. I was laid off in Feb 2017 but Ive paid my rent and late fees every time. Life happens to us all. And she was nasty about it. I would never subject my friends to that
