Lack of security and property upkeep has gone down. Hallway walls are dusty, walkways to apartment no longer get mopped or polished, areas need paint, the garage has dried spills near the doors, doors to stairways do not have proper latching.

The garage is always broken and you canât get more than one fob which is a big inconvenience at times. Itâs nice and cheap but the car break ins have picked up

The freight elevator doesn't work a lot. Hallways are trashy. Garage trash cans are overflowing a lot.

I wouldnât due to the location of the elevators and parking lot. The hallways are extremely cold during the winter and the opposite during the summer.
