Management and staff are great, communication with them is a pleasure. Random incidences here and there, but noting serious. Examples of incidences include millipede infestation in hallway, broken gate, lack of bike rack space, and computer/printer in communal lounge going missing. All relatively small. Very happy overall.

Right: Friendly & professional staff! Great events! Nice pool & zen garden! Nice university style units! Pet friendly! Great location! Needs Improvement: Dog park gets flooded too much. Faster & or alerted of criminal activity on our campus. Computer area needs to be separate from clubhouse because unavailable during reservations. We want access to movie theater after hours. Have dog area near freight entrance gated for safety. Would love to have access to fax machine & color printer onsite.

Love the community events! The staff are also professional & friendly in the leasing office. We've toured almost every luxury apartment in town and this the best hands down. Our favorite event is the pool party (lte's do more!). I would like to have the imacs back in the lounge & be able to use the media room after leasing hours. Also, a dip & pull up equipment in the gym would be a great addition. Thank you! Mark & Braxton

I love everything about the district @ Greenbriar at the moment. The staff isg reat and most of the residents too are. Suggestions for improvements that I havea are to make some units available for rental for visiting guests and also to include more social events. The gym also needs more equipment. Apts are also a little bit overpriced.

Security guard is very visible at night. He is walking in the garage at midnight and he is walkign in the garage at 5AM. Safety mirrors in the garage located at al the turns are obstructed by parked tall pickup trucks. Please consider placing a sign at those parking spots "compact cars only." The garage turns are very scary - an accident waiting to happen. Need a speed bump at every turn?

I love the community at the District at Greenbriar! The facilities are always spotless, service request are handled immediately, and everyone is very professional. The only suggestion I might have would be to spread out/add the yoga/sports classes offered. Since it is always at the same time/on the same day, those of us who work late can never make it!

Right: On sight security guard in the evenings. Communications (emails, posted flyers) regarding updates & alerts about property. Friendly staff. Monthly fun events. Improve: Maybe a way to influence our neighbors to take more accountability on taking care of the building & making a safe/secure environment. Reminders are great, but only could do so much.

Monthly activities with Crystal are always awesome. Every member of this building's staff has a fabulous attitude of service & friendliness. Maintenance & cleanliness is good. I suggest the main entrance be accessible after hours, for guest visits, etc. Architecturally, more natural light would be a plus, on "inside looking" units like ours. Business center has room for improvement.

The office team is fantastic! Very willing to work with residents which is much appreciated! The apartment itself is loud. There seems to be no insulation between the units. I can hear everything from my neighbors upstairs, & next door. I'd also recommend having more space between apartments across courtyards. I can see directly into & hear those residents!
