The community offered very unique features like garages, a sauna, Starbucks coffee and daytime use of a clubhouse. The pool was also beautiful. In addition, the gated entry and calm environment added luxury to the experience of visiting. I would definitely lease there.

This community is easily accessible and is very close to shopping and restaurants. It is a community that is well thought out. It is a beautiful community and one in which I would enjoy living. The amenities in the apartment are beautiful and the community amenities are some of the best I have seen. I would find it difficult to think of another place I would rather live.

I enjoyed my visit at the community. I was greeted right away. The community was nice and well kept. The agent was friendly with everyone who walked into the office.

These were very nice apartments, however I would not chose to live there. I was not satisfied with the floor plans. I felt like even though the one bedroom did not have a lot of square footage, it could have been designed better to feel like there was more room. It felt like it was too cramped and like trying to squeeze more in the space than it could fit in it. This alone would deter me from renting.

My overall experience was very nice. The leasing agent was great, full of energy and sincerely wanted me to live there. The office was clean and very inviting and all the amenities were spectacular.

The property presented a good appearance from the outside. There were amenities like the water fall, double level pool and hot tub. It was close to the shopping areas. The apartments looked okay from the outside, as we drove by. The presence of security guard was welcomed. It was a decent place to live.

Based on the tour and the communication that the leasing agent and I had, I would recommend friends and family to the community. The leasing agent was really nice and pleasant. This is just the type of environment that I would want to send my loved ones to. It is an excellent and rewarding community.

If I was okay with spending this type of money for an apartment, I would have had the moving truck there already to move-in. The property is absolutely amazing and feels like a house without having to worry about the upkeep. The staff was friendly, genuine, and well dressed. Everyone was polite and seemed completely concerned with helping. The property feels safe and is in a great location for work, school and play.

The leasing agent did an excellent job of presenting the model and offering me a great Look and Lease promotional deal if I signed an 11 month lease within a 48 hour time frame.

The staff was very nice and very professional. The community as a whole was a very nice clean, good location, but the prices of the two bedroom were a bit high for the location of the apartment.

Older but newly renovated property located in the city's energy corridor. Beautiful upgrades include granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Not far from major highways and retail and dining centers. Great value for your money.

I would highly recommend this property. The two people I spoke with had the best customer service skills. They not only listened to what I wanted but showed me what I had asked for.

I felt the positive energy there and that they were there for the residents.
