I would likely consider the community as a home and would recommend it.

The community was beautiful and they offered spacious apartment. However, the leasing professional did not create value or tie the community to my needs.

My perception as a real customer was positive. I would definitely consider leasing at this community. My impression of the staff and the community itself was pleasant. I enjoyed my tour and would love to live there.

I was looking forward to visiting this community to see what they had to offer. The prices are not comparative to the place that I currently live, which is less than a mile away. We have more amenities and features than they have and the price is cheaper. I would not move here. The leasing agent seemed robotic and bothered that I was there.

The leasing agent was very welcoming and inviting. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the community. I was impressed with the community amenities and apartment features. If was looking for somewhere to stay I would choose this community.

The maintenance crews were out in full force putting fresh new flowers in the beds out front and working on the pool area which was murky and had no chlorine in it. They were cutting landscaping and pruning trees so when we walked down the sidewalk, there were a few branches in the area near the walkways. The agent gave a very nice presentation and tour.

The community was amazing. The private garage and entrance was so worth the cost and the area. The community was very clean and nice and the on-site personal trainer and spin bikes were a plus.

The community had plenty of events for residents, so you feel like you doing more than just renting an apartment. The rental rate was a good value. The location was great, and conveniently located close to grocery stores and places to eat and entertain. The leasing professional was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff was helpful as I could overhear other young ladies explaining how the renewal process worked. The general space, feel and amenities on the property were nice. The traffic in the area sadly was such a major turn off from the property. I could not imagine staying on the front of the community facing Eldridge.

The apartment community is very neat and calm. It is a place you can call home. The leasing office staff is very nice and receptive.

I have always driven past this place but never walked in before. This was my first time. I would definitely lease the place, but the living room is so small. I wished it was bigger.
