Considering the property was built in 1993, the recent overhaul has given it a very chic look. The grounds can be compared to those of a five star hotel - grand and luxurious. You would definitely want to entertain your guest at the oversized pool and captivating clubhouse. The amenities are top of the line. Anything the complex does not offer can be located within close proximity. The leasing price is worth the value because of the amenities and location of the complex. The added security of a guarded entry after hours is a plus. The overall service was not over the top. It was nothing exceptional, just your everyday presentation. Fortunately, the property sells itself. I would likely recommend the apartment community to my family and friends.

It was beautiful, resort like property with luscious green tress and plants. There was a professional, personable staff who listened and tried to meet all my requests and needs.

Overall, I was pleased with the community and very pleased with Chase's presentation. I would be satisfied if I was an actual customer, and I would not have been able to complain about anything.

The floor plans were extraordinarily open and airy, so it felt very comfortable. The rest of the experience was a pretty robotic and cookie cutter type reception. The property was small and everything was centered around the office area. I really liked the community, but I believe it was priced a bit high for what was available.

Overall it is a good community,maintenance crew is great.

Beautifully landscaped grounds that are well maintained. All that meets the eye is attractive and in excellent condition. The water features are stunning.

Apartment location is very good, and facilities could be very nice...but management seems to be scaling back services and scimping on safety, and quality of residence is slipping....while rents are increasing.

I would tell them that it is slightly overrated. I've reported a noise problem twice in the 3 months that I've been a tenant. I spoke with the manager directly and she advised me that I needed to be able to tell her the apartment # and I told her that I called and reported the problem and she wasn't aware of who I called and advised that there hasn't been a courtesy officer on-site for the last 4 months. I find this alarming because the website advises that this is a service that is provided. Also, it is a bit concerning that the manager told me to go out at 4:30 a.m. to find out which apartment the music was coming from. That is not my job! I am a tenant.... I called and reported it, so management should do something to control the noise level. Again, I've reported it twice since September 1, 2012. The cost of rent suggests that service should be better and I definitely should not be asked to jeopardize my safety by going out at 4:30 a.m. to find out where noise is coming from.

Very nice apartment complex, good people, beautiful grounds, spacious apartments.

The leasing agent was very professional, full of energy and enthusiasm. The apartment I viewed was the correct layout of the one I was wanting to rent, and the details in the home were tremendous! I enjoyed my visit to this community, and would definitely refer friends and family to rent here!

The leasing professional was great! I felt comfortable with her. She never contradicted herself, and she presented the community with pride! She really made me feel welcomed, and like this was a great place to call home.

I would very likely recommend this property to others.

The on-site associate made me feel like I was visiting with an old friend just having a conversation.
