Helpful staff, inside apartment is clean, appliances are nice, can find lots of trash liter around area outside and around buildings, machines for laundry are old and sometimes insufficient, parking is usually available but the later it is at night there are less spaces very full

Inexpensive the staff are flexible to work with.

I love the property, but there needs to be an upgrade in the laundry facility.

The apartment I viewed was not updated. The appliances were not updated, nor was there a dishwasher. The apartment showed signs of pests.

The leasing agent was an awesome and lovely person to meet.

THE ENTIRE APARTMENT HAS A ROACH INFESTATION PROBLEM. REGULAR SPRAYING (EVEN ON A WEEKLY BASIS) WILL NOT BE SUFFICIENT TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. The presence of roaches and other bugs was noted on move-in walk thru paperwork on 4/3/15. However, the full extent of the problem was not obvious until dark. Also, I tried (unsuccessfully) to upload photos that show various damage and the uncleanliness of the apartment when it was supposed to be move in ready. If these issues are resolved quickly, I will revise this review.

The leasing associate was wonderful, and she had knowledge of the property. She was able to tell me about the surrounding area as well. I was impressed on how engaging she was. I could make this community my home.

The associates are friendly and courteous with positive attitudes about the community. The apartment was a good size for a one bedroom.

I wish there were more trash cans than the ones by the mail boxes. The kids and students around there just throw trash on the ground, which does nothing but increase the bug population. I wish that the police that are in the store front would make themselves visible and walk through the complex periodically and let themselves be seen, especially by the disabled and elderly.

This community landscaping was well maintained. The community was also very clean and organized. The leasing agent had excellent customer service skills.
She was a very down to earth person with a very pleasant attitude.

The staff was very personable and engaging. The amenities were acceptable, but the fitness hours were limited. The residents that we encountered seemed very happy to live there.

While my visit was very pleasant, this property is in need of renovation. There was a lot of dirt and gravel where sidewalks should be. The laundry facilities were unimpressive and the machines appeared rusty. This is a take it or leave it property.

The community was in a great location and was very peaceful during the visit.

I do not understand why rent keeps going up so high while the foundation is horrible. i have cracks in my walls in the livimg room and bedroom. this can not be good but one wants a person to pay rent on time. nubia sqaure needs to be revamp from sctrach. no washer and dryer hook up and the phone jacks do not work.
