The leasing agent was very engaging both on the phone and in person. She seemed to genuinely care about future residents. She carried out a good sales pitch without seeming too pushy. She was quick to point out the difference between a model and the actual apartment so as not to mislead. Overall, she was very pleasant in establishing rapport with me.

The leasing professional was warm and receptive in her approach. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. Her presentation was good. The community was nice and clean. It had a lot to offer in terms of features and amenities. I think it would be a be a great place to live.

The overall experience was memorable as well as professional. I have never been to a community that appears to be so well organized and well put together. The staff was amazing. I would most definitely send anybody that I know of looking to live in the area to the community.

I think you get what you pay for. The community is a little older, but it is a great location and great floor plans. Maintenance always fixes any issues in a timely manner. The office staff is very helpful and always gets back to you. One of the best apartment complexes I have lived at overall in a great location as well.

I've lived in this complex for over 3 years. The first three years were great. Everyone is the office was very helpful and maintenance requests were taken care of quickly - often on the same day. Since the property has switched management, the customer service has gone WAY down. It's hard to get a hold of people in the office. The phones are often not working or so they say and when I do leave a message, no one calls me back. Additionally, it usually takes 3-4 maintenance requests until things are taken care of completely. Not to mention that the office staff is just not as friendly or helpful as they used to be. On top of all this, my rent continues to climb as the quality of the life at this complex continues to decline.

I'm very happy here. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around but that's unavoidable when you live on the ground floor. I've had a few minor maintenance issues and they were resolved within 24 hours. The office staff are very friendly and have been very helpful.

This community was very attractive and a cost effective option. The agent was nice, but was not personable.

I will tell them you are not on time with work orders, it can be up to a month to come and fix whatever we need

Quiet and Clean and close the the med center for folks that work there. So far, this is the best bang for your buck with washer dryer, modern touch accents, covered parking and a nice staff. I hope it stays this way

This was an older property with great upkeep. The apartments were large and had spacious walk-in closets, upgraded kitchens with stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The community was in a great location not too far from major highways and from lots of dining and retail. The leasing staff was welcoming.
