Feedback from an independent evaluator
I felt like the agent did a good job of relating to me, building rapport and making my business valuable to him. He seemed willing to spend as much time as I needed and seemed like he enjoyed his job and took pride in the management company and the property.

The community was appealing and communicated comfort throughout the property. It looked like a place that I would not mind coming home to. The staff appeared confident and friendly. It was apparent that they took pride in the upkeep of their property and were focused on meeting the needs of the resident.
Refreshingly great value
I've lived in this community for 1.5 years, and it has been the best. In fact, of all the apartment communities in which I've lived, it is the only one where I renewed my lease.
They are not over the top with amenities, but that isn't typically a deciding factor for me. The amenities that are offered are very useful, and there is nothing superfluous. They have a business center, onsite gym, pool, gas grill and fire pit, and playground for the children.
There is no crime to speak of, and overall the community is very quiet, which is important to me as a parent. Even though my unit is very near the pool, I am not bothered with excessive noise, even during summertime when the pool is constantly being used.
The actual units themselves are probably the greatest value the community has to offer. All units have wood floors, crown molding, etc. Some units have garden tubs and fireplaces. All of the appliances are relatively new, and match the decor. My favorite feature is the layout. The layout is very open, making the apartment feel much larger than the square footage would suggest. My particular apartment is just over 1200 sq ft, but feels as large as some of the 1600+ sq ft apartments in which I've lived.
The maintenance is always top notch also. Every maintenance request I've submitted has been serviced within 24 hours, and there has not yet been a need to submit a repeat request.
All-in-all, this had been a great place to live, and I can see why this property has so many long-term residents.
