This is an older community that offers affordable rates for lots of square footage and a prime location. The leasing professional was friendly and very helpful.

The community was decent. It was more on the older side, it needed a few upgrades. The price was a little much for what it had to offer but other than that the staff was nice.

My impression of the staff was stellar. The leasing professionals were exactly what you would hope to find when viewing apartments: knowledgeable, kind, engaging, relatable, and informative. The community as a whole was well manicured, and the apartments were updated. However, I would probably not lease at this community. I would be concerned with safety with the back door leading out to an open and easily accessible road.

The community was older, but very well maintained. There was mature landscaping and pools in each courtyard. They had several laundry facilities on-site yet none in the apartments.

The leasing staff was amazing. I called the office to check pricing and availability and was immediately given undivided attention. I told the leasing professional what I was looking for and I was matched in a matter of minutes. What I saw was a fair trade for the monthly rent costs.

This property was clean, well kept and nice. The cost per apartment was more than reasonable, based on the area and the amenities. While it was not a newer community, it was quiet and clean. It had good sized apartments. The leasing agent was awesome and probably the biggest sell for this property. She was thorough, complete, polite and genuinely seemed to want to help me. Everyone needs agents like her.
