The community is quiet and is more than decent to make a home. Seeing as it is conveniently located near many things. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to move in a budget friendly property.

The community was clean and well kept. The office was decorated for the holidays which gave a warm and inviting feel. The staff was friendly and the model I toured was also warm and I was allowed to see the space and visualize my own items in the apartment. The amenities were clean and parking looked ample. The whole visit was pleasing and I would have leased.

Overall the leasing professional did an outstanding job. The community was located in a great part of Houston near the mall, a ton of restaurants and grocery stores. They had a huge park in the back of the community. The leasing professional made me feel comfortable to lease there.

This community was warm and inviting for a good value. Not to mention, the location was directly behind Memorial City Mall and there were a ton of great restaurants and grocery stores. The leasing professional was very nice and had a tidy appearance. She had a very nice smile and kind eyes. She was very accommodating from the phone call conversation to the in-person visit. She remembered my name from the conversation over the phone and greeted me at the door upon knocking. She remembered everything I was looking for and gave me a variety of options, broke down pricing, and broke down floor plans. She was definitely prepared and eager to find me a home.

I would NOT live here. When I was waiting outside, a resident needed the leasing professional. She was walking her dog and kept knocking on the door. The leasing professionals ignored her, let me inside, and still ignored the resident. She waited for them, even when I finished up my tour. While I was inside the office, that leasing professional was talking to another leasing professional (not the one I was supposed to meet with or the one I ended up meeting with) about that resident, saying she needed to go away. Very poor service.

The property was nice and clean. Each building had its own pool and laundry room. it felt like each building was its own property. Very private and quite I like that in a property.
