The landscaping was in need of care. The office parking was full. I was not greeted upon entering the office. My name was never used during the phone call or the site visit. The agent never asked about my needs.

The curb appeal of the property is excellent. The fitness center has the state of the art equipment and the pool was sparkling blue. The office staff was very nice and presented themselves in a professional manner.

The community was very inviting and had great amenities. The grounds were neat and the area was quiet. What I really liked was the resort style pool area and the fitness center which was state of the art. This is a place I wouldn't mind calling home.

The only thing that I have to add is that there were no visitor parking spaces that I saw. Every space was assigned or reserved.
