The community was well maintained and efforts had been made to improve the apartments and the community as a whole. The staff was professional and friendly.

I really liked the apartments and the agent. As I toured the property, I almost wanted to move in. Not only did I want to move in because of the way she described the amenities, but because of the agent. The agent was so friendly I thought I was talking to a long time friend. I believe that anyone would want to move into this community right away.

This property is in a good area that is near the highway with plenty of nearby shopping. I think this area is a family friendly neighborhood.

I WOULD SAY THAT ALL OF THE RESIDENTS ARE FRIENDLY. THE OFFICE STAFF HANDLES EVERYTHING VERY WELL. IT IS VERY PEACEFUL LIVING HERE. I WOULD RECCOMEND TO ANYBODY LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT. I ALSO APPRECIATE THE OFFICE STAFF CHECKING EVERYONE OUT BEFORE THAY ARE ALLOWED TO MOVE IN.

The staff was very pleasant and professional. There were tons of pine needles in the front yard by the entrance. There are tons of pine needles throughout the community in the yard areas. The business center had very nice furniture.

My daughter and I have lived at The Lodge for almost four years, and it is the best place we've ever lived The staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are well-maintained, and maintenance is fantastic We also appreciate living in a quiet neighborhood that has lots of shady trees.

The place is very quiet at night. It almost has a cabin-campground feel to it. You can hear the cicadas chirping and I don't hear my neighbors as much. We are right next to the pool so the noise level isn't muted, but the windows block most of the noise so it isn't unbearable. I love the wooded areas to take my dog for a walk. The complex is clean and you can always find dog trash bags in the receptacles. There is a nice little gym which we've used a few times, and the business center has come in handy. I like that there's a soda machine in the mailroom. Overall, I am happy we found this place. There's a large block that people use to run and jog around it's about a mile long

It's clean, has good residents, is ideally located, and is affordable with a nice staff.

I have really enjoyed living here. Since moving here by myself, I have always felt comfortable and safe. I'm so glad this popped up and worked out for me - so much better than all of my other options

The staff was amazing. I was offered water in the hot weather. I felt comfortable in the leasing office. I felt welcomed. The community was beautiful. Since it was in a wooded area, it felt rich. The property was gated. The customer service was outstanding and I would refer this property to anyone.
