The staff was great, personable, inviting and very helpful. The property was well maintained. I liked the amenities and my favorite was the pool and Jacuzzi area. Even the maintenance man was very friendly and engaging.

The property is very nice and located in a great area. The staff is very professional as well as attentive. The interiors of the apartments are very modern and up to date. The exteriors are well maintained and in great condition. The location of the property is close to the galleria and around a host of fine dining and entertainment.

The community seemed very nice and relaxing. It is comparable to buying your first home with added features. It is a home with a vacation resort and cruise feeling. The community is close to a major freeway, shopping, restaurants, businesses and schools.

This community was well kept inside and out. The apartment did not seem nice enough for the price. The amenities were very nice and I would live there for that. The leasing professionals were nice and seemed excited about my living there.

It was a very nice community with beautiful amenities and well maintained grounds. It is in a gated community that has a 24 hour maintenance guarantee. It's safe, comparable to other community's amenities and is in a good location.

I was never given any information on the surrounding neighborhood. I also felt no rush to lease as there were multiple apartments available. The floor plan was spacious. The rental rate seemed average for the area.

This is a smaller community in the heart of the mall area, with large apartments and luxury amenities. There is a sauna, great finishes and a hospitable leasing staff. Pricing is awesome for the area and included some deep discounts.

This community is very nice and shows great curb appeal. The floor plans are spacious and have nice features. The community is well maintained. There is shopping, dining and attractions locally. There is easy access to the local freeways. The staff is friendly and professional.
