The only issues we've really encountered were with the online bill pay system. A couple of times, payments didn't go through and bank account info was removed. Hasn't happened since December so it looks to have been resolved.

Everything is excellent, except that the distance from my car to my apartment is long. Put some trash cans in the halls.

The community was clean and very chic. It was an eclectic mix of rustic and urban and would be a wonderful place to live. It was close to the park, many restaurants, the freeway and downtown. The leasing agent was a true professional trying to help me find a new home.

The apartment and the community were really nice. I could tell that pride was taken in the community. The apartment I viewed was really nice. I loved that the bathroom had sinks in seperate sides of the restroom. I also liked the fact that the shower and the bath tub were separate. I loved that they chose wood sliding doors for each side of the closet instead of regular doors or no doors. The pool was amazing.

Lots of parties on weekends and loud neighbors. Gates to come in and out slam loudly. Drunk people walking around on weekends and being loud in community late at night.

I would recommend it this apartment because of its location. However the price and amenities just doesn't add up.
