The security door to enter bldg 1 has been broken since March
Pool and pool area are not kept clean
Repeat offenders on my floor do not use trash receptacles
Big trucks and vans park in compact only parking spot

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide this feedback. We apologize for any delays in getting the door fixed, as you mentioned. The lock was broken several times over the past 6 months due to being forced open, and ultimately we had to replace the exterior door.
At this time, the door is working as it should. All of the exterior doors, and doors to the amenity spaces (Fitness Centers, Pool,etc) require FOB access to open. Our Service Team walks the grounds and the community on a daily basis, but if you do observe something that hasn't been addressed, please feel free to notify the Management Office. We always appreciate resident feedback.
If there is anything else you would like to discuss in further detail, please stop by the Management Office or give us a call in the office. We are available seven days a week. Resident feedback is always appreciated!

There are too many problems and a lot of policies they try to remind us of are not enforced

The noise from walking upstairs. The smell of trash in the hallway from people leaving trash out. The fear of having my car broken into in the garage

The resident complaints and the poor quality of residents at this community. Mostly the lack of a effectiveness management has had as it pertains to security. This property would never feel like home Because I have not a a sense of security since I signed my lease.

The experience here does not feel like a safe environment for family.Too many people walking in and out, that do not live here. The gates and doors not properly locked. Alot of people partying and making trash around the property. Loud music is played on a daily basis. I do not get any sleep with the loud people in the hallways at all hours of the night. P

This community was still somewhat under construction. What was completed was fantastic. It certainly cheered up this area of town and should definitely fill up and be a desirable place to live.
