Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The community was very nice and offered a lot of amenities. The courtyard areas within the buildings were beautiful.

none

over priced and they dont value loyal renters

comfortable but has a lot of bugs

I would tell them that it provides a really comfortable and safe environment for its residents, but that I do not enjoy paying for pest control when I still encounter issues with bugs, but that's nature's problem.

I have had a good experience thus far with the Apartment service and staff

I like it here but the stove I have in my apartment is very old and does not work very well also parking availability could be a little better

nice but could use some cleaning

quiet and relaxing could use a few touch ups but overall a nice place to live

Bellagio is a he-said-she-said game where you lose and they win every time.

Confusing, frustrating, not worth the cost. If one member of staff tells you something, you pretty much have to have it recorded in writing and on tape to get someone else to act accordingly. The staff refuses to admit to their mistakes and then penalizes your for them. Very uncommunicative, in general not friendly and sometimes out right rude.

Its sad when every month a tenant feels duped and taken advantage of and seriously regrets moving in to begin with. I have never felt this way with any other apartment complex before

Very nice and clean apartments

Ive enjoyed my time here.

I found this community to be appealing and inviting. My first impression was positive. The amenities were something I would use. The pool was a great size and the outside kitchen impressive. The apartment I viewed was welcoming and had a "home" feel. The archways were impressive. The leasing agent was very personable and knowledgeable about the apartment and community. She presented a positive picture when describing the community and the management company. I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family.

I really like these apartments but think there should be more than one dumpster! People leave their trash all around the complex and it looks trashy.

That its a perfect location right off 820. I like the style of our complex and the maintenance guys do a real good job.

It is just OK here. Apartments are nice.. Neighbors are trashy

New management cant seem to get your bill correct. Neighbors leave trash outside their doors and does not clean it up. Neighbors leave dogs out on their patio and let them use the bathroom continuously. My overall experience here has not been the best within the complex, but the inside of the apartments are nice.

A little Cold.

The apartments look nice. However, the walls are very thin and conversations can be heard from the neighbors. If you live on the bottom floor, hope the people living above you are very quiet.

The leasing agent was an outstanding sales professional, both on the phone and in person. She really tried to have me picture myself and my furniture in the apartments by asking if it would fit and how I would arrange it. She had a contagious enthusiasm. The community and apartments were very appealing.
