The community is nestled in a quiet, residential area. It is in close proximity to grocery stores and shopping centers. The community offers nice floor plans, with a comfortable space to live.

i live in 3106. The cocker spaniel two doors down from me has been howling and barking since I got home at 8 25 pm. It is now 10 45 and I'm trying to go to bed, yet I'm spending time on your website submitting a formal complaint about this. This is definitely not the first time of this dog incessantly barking, as I'm sure you know accordingly to the letters I receive on my door. I decide by the end of the month about renewing my lease. Please let me know what action you are going to take on this. I hope it's not another anonymous note on the door.

The price point and location cannot be beat in the area. Close to shopping, Greenville Ave Lakewood for bars restaurants. Staff is friendly and service requests get taken care of quickly.

Maintenance is terrible. Gates never work and security light goes out weekly. Maintenance marks it as fixed and they still never get fixed.

The community has a historic feel that really exudes elegance. This grand property would make anyone ready to come home and relax at the end of a long day. The location is right by a lake that is an added bonus to a beautiful property. It is high luxury living on a budget. I was very impressed with the finishes and the attention to detail and the staff made me feel like I was part of the family. I would highly recommend to check them out if you are in the market for a new apartment.

I love the neighborhood feel. Adjacent to the trails at White Rock Lake, you soon forget you are in an apartment.

It's nice to be right next to the lake. Security could be better as I have had my car broken into. Noise is a problem from our neighbors because of thin walls and people being in the courtyard late at night. We have issues with roaches that seem to not be able to be fixed permanently. Staff have been generally helpful.

My overall experience has been pleasant. The newly remodeled apartments interiors are great. I've had no issues with any neighbors here. Everyone is very family oriented and in the same walk of life as me. If you want to live near the lake, but can't afford a million-dollar home, this is a great way to land here in Lakewood.
