Better value else where. Everything looks great from the 2 pools to the apartment fixtures. The problem here is the staff. Took 2 weeks to replace a deadbolt. They have given my apartment key to vendors (non-staff) twice without my knowledge and without leaving anything saying they were in my apartment. No one in the front office knows what happens here, they are just here to get leases signed.

The range of amenities is extraordinary for the price. There is a separate lap pool in addition to the socializing pool. There are free fitness classes. There are social events weekly. There are even individual garden plots available for residents. All in a great location. The staff is very friendly, professional, responsive to requests. We feel at home here.

My fiancee and I moved in on May 31 2014. We enjoy the free coffee drinks every morning made by a barista that is there until 11am every single day! We also enjoy the free breakfast every Saturday and Sunday morning. They have great resident events too. I have lived in premium apartment communities prior to this one but have never utilized the amenities very much because they were not near as exciting as Upper East Side's. This community is very close to I-75 and tons of great places to eat. I find something new that I like about this place every week. I recently attended a free dinner provided by the Village Country Club and learned all about the new club that I am a member of just for being a UES resident. They have lighted tennis courts that my fiancee and I will definitely by taking advantage of soon. Our unit has an attached garage. This alone makes for a drastic improvement over previous apartment units I have leased.

I wanted a genuine feel of community, quality, and still be in the reaches of midtown Dallas. At the Upper Eastside, I was able to find a place that had a very nice neighborhood feel to it while still living in an apartment. Most of the time I forget we're slammed in the middle of Dallas. Easily on par with Apartments in Uptown, but I don't have to fight through the traffic or parking garages. Some might like parking garages, not really my thing. UES has personal garages. Can't really complain about the club house. It has more than I wouldve expected in a club house, it's makes you want to hang out there.

I just moved to Dallas recently and the village apartments @ Upper East Side are brand new, and is conveniently located next to Walmart, LA Fitness, and many restaurants and fast food chain. It is also next door to Northpark mall... overall, the location is great. The area is very safe as well. Definitely recommending this community to anyone who is new to Dallas.

The Upper East Side is probably the best apartment value in the City of Dallas. They have a great gym/workout room with Spin Bikes. Two pools and a clubhouse that feels like you're in a 4 star hotel lobby. They also have a full service cafe with a Barista. Lastly, as a member of the Village you get full access to the country club as well. If you're looking to save money on rent and not sacrafice luxury, I highly recommend this property.

This new property exceeds all expectations! New appliances, landscaping, etc. are better than expected. New construction issues are present but manageable. The management staff have done a very good job in addressing issues as they arise. This is a great place to live!

Will be a beautiful property when construction is complete. The grounds, landscaping and amenities are top notch.
