It's a convenient Place to live, close to everything ! Most of the residence are friendly and respectful of their neighbors !

I have recommended the Village to 3-4 people, 2 or whom have moved in.

I think they would enjoy the more upscale areas . But love the Village as whole.

Because they are the cheapest of all communities.

Mainly the roaches

I would recommend with reservations. Nothing bad or anything just there are some things I feel like that could be fixed with better communication. Goes for both sides of it, as in both on the office and tenants part.

I love the Village as a whole, but I would only recommend this neighborhood to those who only want to live in this area. If they were up to living in other areas in Dallas, I would suggest they shop around to find the best deal for their money balanced with other considerations (i.e. safety, accessability to shops, etc).

There's just been a few things I would change for the amount that I am paying. will I renew my lease no because of the inconvienance of the washing machine and dryer and no upgrades. The apartment is pretty standard.

Great and safety is always important and it is a safe place to live

All of my maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. Questions or concerns to the staff are never taken lightly and answered to the best of their knowledge. Staff always follows up with an email or phone call to make sure every situation is addressed. Property is kept clean and presentable, as well as common areas. Staff on the grounds are always polite and respectful of property.

The corners east provides excellent service for the price of the rent. I've paid much more at other apartments and didn't receive as much as I do with the Village (eg concierge service, country club membership, cares team monthly activities, etc)

I had heard great things from friends about "the Village", and I must say that I am quite impressed. Speaking with people at the main office was a far friendlier expirience than I expected, the grounds are always maintained to a very presentable state, and more importantly I feel very safe within the confines of the village.

While this apartment is not a luxury unit, it gets the job done. I have been living at the corners for 6 months and have had no hassles with management and no real problems overall. The apartment is older and in need of rennovation, but you get what you pay for, and the Corners is cheaper than most other properties in the area. Overall, if you are not concerned with luxury and just want an easy experience in a nice area of town, this is not a bad option.

As just said, above, the property is well very well maintained and seems to be well managed. Preventive measures are taken from time-to-time with regard to the physical facilities, and that's a good thing. Maintenance is superb and the maintenance staff friendly. Security is always around lending to a feeling of safety. An occasional social program is provided, adding a sense of community. It's a well run operation.
