Management doesn’t follow through with anything they say/promise.

the valet trash people are horrible. they are always leaving violations on your door for no reason. the parking is SUPER horrible.

It's quiet

I would recommend this apartment becasus they are new, great location, and professional leasing agents, the dog poop is kind of getting out of hand though. I would not recommend due to the price. Also, there really is not a place for guess parking without them having to walk a long distance.

There are a very big pain points for why I would not recommend this apartment to a friend or family. 1. The parking situation is completely ridiculous and the solution is not a solution at all and the fact that the office staff like to make it seem like it is, is completely ridicuoulous. 2. The office closing at 6pm during the week make not sense, with a majority of people getting off at 5:30pm and have to rush home to handle any leasing options. 3. It also makes no sense to me why some aparments have elevators and some do not, make it's difficult when it comes to moving in.

I would need to tell potential residents regarding the lack of parking for residents and visitors.

Guest parking

Great staff and great complex!

Parking is horrible. They built all these to lease car ports and left few open parking slots. Most of the time I have to park the car outside the gate because after 8pm you can barely get parking spot especially near building 1, 2, and 3 and yet plenty of to lease car ports are empty.

Parking is horrible, guests can’t even find a spot. Covered and garage parking too expensive.
