Parking and i feel other apartments offer more

Would. Location and generally decent experience. Would not. Increases in rent and nothing notable keeping us here.

I would recommend the community due to its courteous and professional staff - always friendly and responsive. The property is also clean and maintained due to an attentive, friendly maintenance and custodial staff. Kudos to all the staff for remaining positive and upbeat during these unprecedented times.

As mentioned before Claudia and Florida have solidified our decision to live here and will be looking forward to signing another lease.

I have communicated multiple times about neighbors smoking pot that had leaked into the hallways and my apartment repeatedly. I don’t pay for a nonsmoking community to have to deal with that. I also suggest putting artificial turf in the dog park so that my dog doesn’t need to be bathed every time I take her out.

Beautiful buildings, attentive staff, and clean premises
Inadequate guest parking, limited resident parking, and underwhelming amenities.

Apartments and amenities are nice, but area is lacking entertainment.

I tell people NOT to even consider this place.

It is kind of expensive, and the parking could be a lot better.

I would not due to parking and always hearing dogs barking even when they are in their apartment and I’m in mine I can still hear it as if the dog is in my house.

The resident and guest parking situation at the Briscoe is complex.
