This is still a fairly new apartment community, with a reasonable rate for the square footage. The outside and inside of the apartment community has been kept up nicely.

This neighborhood has character. It is nestled in a quiet community but within striking range of major shopping, dining, and downtown. The prices could be a little better, but the amenities in the front office alone pay you back. Some of the units are updated and luxurious, but even the ones that are not are pretty nice. The staff is helpful and professional as well. I give this place 4 of 5 stars.

Cons pay for the assigned covered parking you won't regret it The worst setup for delivery package service ever They do not notify you of delivery service until after 30days. Just imagine chocolate covered strawberries after 30 days. -

The Arches are very family friendly, safe, and clean apartments. I would definitely refer a friend or family member to live here. The staff is very helpful, from the office staff to the maintenance crew

Does Lincoln corporate keep tabs on its properties
Dirty and run down. The dog park makes the garage smell like a diaper. I feel sorry for people who live right next to that.

Great location in the city, quiet neighborhood, managers staff extremely helpful, apartment layout amenities great, love our Cares Team extra benefits comraderie , well stocked fitness center, overnight security, and the entry gate rarely breaks down.
Very comfortable safe
I've been here since January and I love it. It's quiet. It's safe. Great neighborhood.
