The tour was a pleasant experience. What I loved is that there were so many amenities. The leasing agent was extremely knowledgeable in the business. I felt very welcomed and I also felt that I had found a few long lost friend. The tour was a pleasure, and the community looked clean and well taken care of, with the exception of the pool.

This was a one year old modern mid rise luxury apartment community near downtown. The amenities were resort like quality, and the common areas were ultra modern and bright and light. The apartments I saw were top notch with large closets, luxury bathrooms, and beautiful kitchens. The finishes and décor were outstanding. The community was close to restaurants and shopping.

The apartment community looked appealing when I drove by and saw it, and viewed it on the internet. I could tell it was a one year old apartment community and it showed. It had one of the best fitness centers I have seen. For the price, I have not seen an apartment community as modern and attractive as this one. The leasing agent was professional and friendly and one of the best I have seen when it came to the touring of the community and the apartments.
