The garbage situation here is horrific. The garbage room does not get cleaned/emptied on the weekends and is constantly overflowing. Additionally, the garbage cans in the parking garage do not get emptied on a regular basis either. It is disgusting. The common spaces are not taken care of properly. The carpet in the hallways and the floor in the lobby are often visibly dirty. The exit gate has been broken numerous times. The call box is no longer working. The transition between management has been a complete inconvenience and incredibly messy. My apartment itself is fine but the complex has suffered since I moved in 3 years ago.

The change in ownership has been a disaster and the new management is poor at communicating to residents the changes and has created a lot of extra work for the residents.

The cleanliness of the interior is no longer. The staircases haven’t been cleaned in over two months. The elevators are cleaned about every two weeks. The parking garage is rarely pcking up the litter around the parking spots. The front exit gate of the parking garage has been broken for about two months. We have yet to receive an email about the status. You have to reach out yourself. The parking itself, in the parking garage, is a rat race to find a spot. Most people take up two parking spots and aren’t penalized for it.

At this point, I don’t even want to live here anymore. To say I’m extremely unsatisfied with the Stella is an understatement. Again, hot water, electricity, working elevators, a place to park - I’m not asking for a lot here. But I’m certainly not getting it.

The location and community are great. I would have selected a "10" under the prior management team; however, since the new management team has taken over, I would not recommend this apartment community to my family and friends. However, I know that transition periods can be difficult, so I am reserving complete judgement. But it is clear that improvements need to be made.

The hallway carpets are ALWAYS dirty..overall maintenance of the building is poor.
The garage exit door has not bern working for weeks and the elevators are constantly out of service also.

The recent change in management doesn't seem like a good take over. The hallways are dirty and the common areas don't seem as clean. Also, the new portal isnt easy to adapt to and my roommate and I can't split rent on there, which is very annoying because the previous management company allowed us to both pay online for half of our share. Also, the garage gate has been broken for over a month and the security levels at the apartment don't seem as great which the new management company.
