Closet space is a huge minus but overall experience and amenities are good. Would've been nice to have a "business center". Overall despite these things, it's been a good experience so far.

The residential makeup has changed quite a bit since the building opened. It appears that there is now more of an emphasis having full occupancy instead of quality of occupancy.

This was a beautiful new downtown high rise luxury community. There was a feel of community there with beautiful rooftop amenities overlooking the city that provided a number of places for residents to meet and socialize. Community events and activities were a regular part of the monthly schedule. The community had a 24 hour concierge and an electronic smart board to alert residents to packages and deliveries. The apartments had beautiful finishes and luxury features, but they seemed very small for the price.

The leasing professional was excellent, as were the other staff members I came into contact with. The community was flawless. Everything offered at this community supported the lease rates. I would be happy to refer this community to others.
