Very poorly maintained, very dirty, things do not work, including security features such as garage doors, elevator remote scanner so security is compromised too. This building is now home to dodgy characters, parts of the building smell like marijuana, people who don't live here hang out in the parking garage and park their cars for free here. We filled these surveys so many times and things never improved. They always went the opposite way. And this will not get read and nothing will change again except the rent that keeps increasing.

Apartment is somewhat loud. Seems a lot of parties. However, the staff seems to handle noise complaints promptly.

Concierge and maintenance are great. Office staff is never seen and when you do, will completely ignore you.

I love the location and most of the amenities offered. The elevators do go down quite often and the automatic door does not work. The door in the garage also does not always close. My rent is quite high compared to other places I have seen, but I love the building itself and the staff is great.

Parking garage and wasted spots, elevators constantly malfunctioning, internet in 24th floor is not only slow but unstable so it’s unusable to really work, tvs are constantly out of order.

Please fix the elevators. The trash chutes are always broken and my floor needs to be cleaned more.

The elevators always take a very long time, otherwise I really enjoy living here

Terrible elevator situation, frustrating getting around the building; very expensive for the value

It would be hard for me to recommend to family or friends due to the elevator and parking problems.

I’ve lived in high rises for over 20 years in multiple cities and I’ve never come close to experiencing an elevator service this bad. It seems so trivial to complain about the elevators but it truly does impact your quality of life when it’s this ridiculous. You never know if it will be a 10 minute wait or a 30 min wait or if it’s shut down completely. I’ve been late to work and appointments countless times as a result of the elevator situation here. It’s honestly the sole difference of whether I stay or leave. Yesterday I waited 30 mins in a line 20+ people deep, which is a common theme here. during that wait I concluded that I probably won’t sign another lease. You all have to find a solution because you are losing good residents like myself
