a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and four story covered parking garage. . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails.

Just I want to said !! I am sooo soooo hapy and feel comfortable living in this beautiful place . The people who work at the office , are very nice, polite and friendly ,Also, Hector in maintenace he is very police and responsable person !!! thanks !!

my service requests explain my frusteration with this community. our expectation moving into this community was high especially downsizing from a 4 bedroom house with a pool and yard. Our living experience has been a headache 75% of the time here. when we chose to move here, we went on a 3 year plan so we do plan on resigning our lease for at least two more years.

Since 1999, have found this to be a great location with many great features, i.e. floor plans, landscaping, residential activities and community involvement, etc. Like the availability and response time from maintenance and leasing office personnel of my request(s). Overall, I love it here!!

The community is nice for the area. I really feel like they are catering to the hospital employees doctors, residents. I dont believe this community is for a person just needing a home.

I read many posts online from previous tenants prior to moving in. I asked Abe (Leasing consultant) if there was any truth to any of the posts. Of courese he assured me that there was no truth to the complaints. I have learned for myself that the person that worte about the leasing staff being great and very attentive until the lease is signed was absolutely right.

I paid a breaking lease fee, I do not understand why am i having to continue to pay for my rent until my original lease is suppose to be up! Then what is the reason for a breaking lease fee??? Why would I suggest someone to live here when I've had a horrible experience!

It's a good location and decent value with more sq. ft. per $
