This location offered a fair rental rate and the leasing agent was very helpful. She was honest and gave me many reasons why I should lease.

The apartment seemed nice, although fairly standard. Also, the leasing professional did not show me any community amenities at all during my visit. However, the rental price was reasonable.

The community has recently gotten new management. It is getting a facelift and new amenities added, including a dog park and a new fitness room. It was a nice, clean community conveniently located.

It was a very nice property and I loved the fact that there were actions being taken to improve the community.
