The property and apartment itself are attractive. The staff however are the most lackluster experience I've had in my experience of rental properties. We experience extensive water damage for months when we first moved in and it took escalating our requests to the corporate level before we received any notable response. Our apartment was not cleaned to a satisfactory level prior to move-in and I stepped on at least a dozen nails or screws in the carpet of my bedroom. The breezeway lights were out for two weeks leaving residents in complete darkness walking to our apartments at night - I don't think it's necessary to highlight the extreme danger of this situation I should not have to approach my apartment in fear using a flashlight while I try and unlock my door. The maintenance staff is friendly and does good work, but the unprofessional nature and superfluous excuses given from office staff are appalling. I should not have to make numerous follow up phone calls and escalate maintenance issues to a corporate level for them to receive any kind of attention.

The staff were very friendly and genuinely interested in getting me to become a future resident.

We love our first apartment and hope we can stay for however long we can The only complaint we have is that our upstairs neighbor is extremely loud. I know noise from above is just a part of apartment living and have a high threshold of tolerance, but it seriously sounds like they rearrange their furniture every single night. Other than that, we love it

As far as apartments go, Eastbridge is better than most. The grounds are nicely maintained and for the most part, it's not as noisy as you'd expect for the location.

The only issue from my perspective is the turnover of the office staff. There is not much continuity as it seems there are new faces every time I go in for questions. I'm not sure if this is due to rotations across Lincoln Properties various complexes or just normal employee turnover. Nevertheless, the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly, so it's not much of an issue.

The maintenance staff is fast and friendly. I have only had a few repairs required over my 18 month stay here and they were always handled quickly and professionally.

At times the neighbors can be pretty noisy and on weekends the noise can go late into the night. However, this is relatively infrequent and when compared to other apartments, it's not as bad.

I've lived on the property since 2012 and overall it's been a great experience. I enjoy being able to walk to all the nearby restaurants and bars and it puts me in striking distance to all the other hot spots in Dallas proper. The rents are well priced versus the rest of the market, I feel I'm getting what I pay for and that's why I've remained here for consecutive years.

The part you shouldn't quote me on - The back of my building needs to be re-sodded with St. Augustine or maybe even covered with the fake grass since everyone lets their dog mess there potentially just killing whatever gets laid down. The perpetual dirt mud back there is a bit of an eyesore especially compared to the lush grass of the exterior... unfortunately when the landscape crew comes with their blower, they just end up blowing dirt all into my patio. Thus, I don't bother with having much patio furniture out there because it ends up covered in grime. Oh well.

The property was very pretty and peaceful. The apartments were very nice and upgraded. The staff was very friendly. I would love to live here.

The property is great, close to great restaurants and bars, however, it's very difficult to get a hold of the people in the office and the work out equipment is typically broken.

The leasing professional was very descriptive during the tour. She was informative and gave me a lot of information to make a decision with.

I've just reached my one year anniversary and resigning my lease. It's a great complex and a hidden gem in the middle of henderson, location makes it reason number one I live here. Number 2 is the upkeep and upgrades that the apartments offer.
