This community was outstanding in its appearance. I was quite impressed with the layout of the apartment shown, as well as the property in general. I felt the leasing agent did not spend enough time getting to know me and tailoring the presentation to what would make me excited about living there.

The landscaping was well maintained and free of trash and debris. There was added value for the homes with the attached garages.

The community is a very beautiful property with beautiful floor plans to match. The leasing staff's professionalism was admirable.

My experience as a customer based on the interaction was made complete. The community was centrally located in the leading edge of a prestigious neighborhood. The lush landscaping accentuates the sheer beauty of the European architecture. It is a premier townhome living apartment community with tree lined streets and spacious floor plans. The interiors provided a rich design accented with remarkable woodwork and attention to detail.

It would be nice if the shutters were all painted the same color. Other than that it is wonderful.

The community was notable for its high-end look and feel. It was beautifully maintained and landscaped. The apartment had beautiful granite countertops. The community was in an excellent location, within walking distance of shopping and dining. The leasing professional was helpful and had an outstanding attitude. She did a wonderful job of helping me find the apartment that fit my needs.

It was a really nice and clean property, but there really was not that special factor or anything outside of maybe the location that made the community stand out from the other communities in the area.

She led the tour with confidence and tied features of the amenities to benefits that I could translate. She also showcased the great location of this property and the superb job the maintenance team perform keeping up with the grounds. Without hesitation, I would recommend this leasing professional and community to others.
