My experience as a customer based on this visit interaction was complete. This was a luxury apartment living community located in uptown Dallas. A beautiful, modern property with fine amenities and spacious, open floor plans. A place where one could enjoy a comfortable lifestyle, care-free, and everything right at their door step.
Love the apartment but not impressed with the property management
It is a great location but the property management team does not follow through or communicate well.

the 4th floor garbage room consistently smells up the hallway and is rather unpleasant to come home to. please do what you can. thanks
Hi, since we got your review on this we have been running the trash chute cleaner more often and amping up the air fresheners. Hopefully that solves the issue, but if not, please let us know.
