This is a great place to live, especially if you work at any of the hospitals near by. It's close to many restaurants and gas stations which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and always kind. The gates need to be updated and working at all times which they, sadly, are not. I think this place would do great with a new gate system and fobs to get into the actual apartment area. Also, maintenance is always going on. It's a good thing, but it's very noisy. Overall, it's a great place to live.

This is a very nice apartment community. The apartment offers several spacious apartment floor plans and the apartment amenities offer a lot to the community. The surround community had plenty of shops and local restaurants as well. The leasing staff is friendly and the property is well kept.

5225 Maple Apartments are very laid back and chill. I have been here 2 years and I love it, other then parking everything is awesome. Parking is in a gated area it's just first come so you may have to park further then you would prefer if you get off of work late.

Apartments are spacious and well-maintained. The location is very good if you work at UT Southwestern - close to both workplace and entertainment. Also, the neighborhood Maple Avenue is rapidly getting developed.

Overall, I think 5225 Maple is a great place to live. Maintenance is ALWAYS completed work order requests in a timely fashion. I love that there is a courtesy officer on site. Only negatives is that if you do not like noise, do not sign a lease for a unit close to the pool area, because you'll hear your neighbors while they're out there when the temperatures outside are warmer. Layouts are spacious and the concrete floors are a loft style plus Compared to the other apartments located on this street, this apartment is competitively priced and affordable for the changes happening in the neighborhood. The office staff is great They are always professional and respond to any requests in such a timely matter usually quicker than expected There are never any pests issues and the landscaping is always nice and manicured.

I worked at UT and looked for a place close by. The location was great, and the apartment and apartment building offered everything I needed. Spacious apartment with a great closest, pool, plenty of parking, and low noise levels.

Neighbors can be noisy when walking through the halls. Neighbor above has a huge dog that is extremely loud at times. Otherwise I enjoy living here.

I have enjoyed living in this apt community. It is very quiet and the people are very nice. My only complaint is the mishandling of a maintenance issue. The communication gap between the maintenance person and the staff is unacceptable as we have had to deal with a carpet issue and leaking wall for 2 weeks now. But other than that I enjoy living here.

It is quiet an comfortable. There are a few fun activities every month if you want to get to know some of your neighbors or just have fun.

It's a good, small community. The parking is quite often an issue, but staff is friendly and I overall like it here
