No offense, I just think that a lot of repairs/upgrades need to be made to the units to bring them up to date and up to the areas standards.

When fellow students or people from my church are looking for a place in Dallas to live I strongly recommend Townlake because Coppell is such a safe and family-friendly community. I just warn them that sometimes it feels like Townlake nickel and dimes you with the covered parking, the washer and dryer rental fees, and the other ammenities that used to be free. I would happily stay at Townlake for the rest of our stay in Dallas but I'm afraid of the rent being raised too high for us to afford.

As I said before, the apartment complex across the street is much cheaper and has the exact same amenities. There is nothing special about this particular complex that warrants the high rent.

Likely, but I would tell them about the online automatic bill pay. Some people are not comfortable with this option.

I have been very vocal about my positive feelings toward this complex with friends and family.

The experience was very friendly and welcoming. I would lease from this location solely based on the attention to detail provided by the leasing professional. It shows that if anything I needed in the future as a resident would be handled with the utmost urgency.

Holly did a good job on trying to get to know me and what I was looking for. We spoke about my family and I told her that I had sons but they were grown. She did everything to try and make me feel very comfortable. She succeeded in doing that. She gave me several different options to think about as far as floor plans. She covered all my questions and concerns.
