The staff is always ready to help me when I need it!

I like the neighborhood and it is clean and kept up well.

Don't want anyone to experience these partiality in rates.

Just for my uncomfortable issues with my neighbors.

The community itself was very nice. The staff was really nice and the leasing professional seemed to value my business.

Doesn't seem like owners care as much as when I moved in. Landscaping has gone downhill as well as overall cleanliness in parking lots too. It is not as pretty as it used to be.

It may be a bit pricey for some of my friends, but I would say, if you are in a transition and looking to live and experience Coppell before buying a house, this is your best bet!

Most of my friends already own a home in Coppell, however, as I meet new people in the area, I am happy to recommend Town Lake to anyone I meet that is interested in moving to Coppell.

I would very likely recommend this apartment community to friends and family because Townlake of Coppell is a warm, secure, and family oriented place to live.

The community was in a great location in a residential neighborhood.

Pros- quiate place, fast maintenance, nice management(CWS), secure neighborhood, in good school district
Cons: tight parking spots, 1st floors are 8ft height, old apartment, majority of apartments don't have ice makers, management is interested in minting money for apartment change etc, no computer room and printing facility, no common laundry, no Christmas decoration in campus, low closet space, gym has old machines,

The property is attractive and seems fairly priced for the area. The grounds appear mature and very well maintained. The apartments appeared to be older, but updated and very well maintained. The on-site agent was a pleasure to deal with and gave me a good feeling about on-site staff.
