Moving is a paaaaaaain, but the staff at Townlake made it much less of one by being super friendly and accommodating throughout the move-in process. When I first came in to check out what Townlake of Coppell had to offer, the leasing agent was very helpful and informative, answering all my questions (and there were lots) with ease. All the paper work and online processes that needed to be completed prior to move in were simple and explained by the leasing agent very clearly, so there were no surprises. I also really appreciate that after I received my keys and finally got to check out my new place, more than once they followed-up to make sure I was happy with everything and to ask how things were going. I really appreciate that it feels that the staff really takes a personal interest in the community!

The inconsistency of the rent is something that is highly looked down upon

My experience at this property was warm, welcoming, and positive. The representative who assisted me was professional, caring, and very diligent in her attempts to assist me in locating an apartment that would meet my needs and preferences. The property and all features I viewed were neat, very clean, and very well maintained. The apartment that we toured was clean and nicely decorated.

The apartments are managed by a great crew and has excellent service in repairs or maintenance.

Value, quiet and safe from my experience

I'm not the type of person that writes reviews, but I felt very compelled to write this one and here are the many reasons:
I have lived in many apartment complexes for over 10 years, and although I don't have major complaints about any of them, the experience with Post Town Lake Coppell has been really extraordinary!! From the first call I made to find out about rates and availability, up to this point (6 months living here), the customer service has been outstanding!! A VIP kind of service all along.
They are just happy people, (all of them), from the leasing staff, to the managers, the gardeners, the handy men, etc. It is TRULLY a pleasure to leave here.
Additionally, the areas are very well maintained, the staff responds very quickly and efficiently to any request for repairs, the complex overall is very pretty, AND its it within the "affordable" group in an upscale community.
If you think that technology makes your life easier: payments online, text messaging updates, electronic requests for services, etc, you will love it here. This place is second to none regarding digital services.
I assure you that nor I work for the complex, neither I was paid to write this. I'm really a VERY happy tenant!!! :)

The complex is nice. It does have nice amenities. There was not a lot other than the office and clubhouse to set it apart from other complexes.

Parking issues and non-competitive rates

Too expensive on rent and increases each time contract is renewed

I feel that the office staff is what makes this apartment complex an outstanding place to live. They treat people with respect and friendliness that is genuine.

My apartment complex called to check in, as I sounded sick on my call to maintenance last night (Which I was, very sick). They have responded immediately both times I have made a call. This is also a week after I met one of the officers that lives on site and he said if I needed anything (even help with groceries) to give him a call. This is BY FAR the most resident friendly complex I've ever lived in! ♥ I feel safe with my son here, and it is the most economically friendly complex with such an amazing school district! The kids are well behaved, not as in some complexes I have lived where they run unruly throughout the driveways not watching where they are going. The parents are involved, and the amenities are endless! I am a very proud resident of the Townlake of Coppell Apartments! (All friends that have visited are in agreement with how great the complex is, and two are looking at renting!)
