I would definitely live there and recommend it to friends. The community was very nice and well kept. The leasing professionals were friendly and seemed to enjoy working there.

This is an older community and looks as if it needs a lot of repairs and improvements. I think the price they are aking is too high for the quality of the apartments. The office staff was polite, but did not sell the community well. The carpet seemed shampooed, but not well done. It was still very dirty around the edges and had some stains. The color of the apartment community was dark as well and made it look abandoned.

This is an older property that is in the process of making some positive changes.

My visit to this property was pretty good. I think the agent was professional during my visit to the property. She had knowledge of the complex and what it had to offer. She seemed genuinely interested in finding a place and just the right unit for me.

The leasing professionals did not come across as friendly at first. It took some time for me to feel comfortable.

Lakes of Madera offers a bit of country flair in the city. The palm trees around the pool makes one almost feel like they are at a resort. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The agent was personable and knowledgeable. I thought the deposit amount being based on the credit report score was odd.

The trees were the outstanding feature of this place. The leasing agent was pleasant. The apartments were outdated but clean. The outside door jambs were dirty and needed paint. The floors inside were uneven and squeaky.

I visited the community and in general the buildings were old but adequately maintained. Some building entrances were not level and the parking and driveway areas had some potholes. Several of the apartment's exterior doors needed paint. I was given a tour of the property and also viewed a vacant apartment that had been made ready to rent. The apartment I saw was adequate in size and very well laid out. I thought for the price it was a very good deal. I did not care for the long distance I would have to walk to get to my car. The leasing agent was very pleasant and I was allowed to take my time while looking at the apartment and grounds. There were other vacancies but none were ready to view. I was not convinced that this was the place for me. Considering the condition of the property I would be hesitant to recommend it to family and friends.

The office area needed a face lift. The lighting could be brighter. The entrance to the office and the landscape around the office could stand fresh flowers.

The community was easy to locate and had very nice curb appeal.

I was very impressed with the leasing agent's professionalism, friendliness and enthusiasm. Her presentation was professional as well.

The community seems like a very peaceful place to call home.

The community appeared to be going through an upgrade at a gradual pace. It looked nice and was well kept of the amount of trees that were dropping their leaves.

The Lakes of Madera was a property that I would recommend to friends. I just thought for the rental rates, the apartments should have washer/dryer connections. The community was perfectly located, near shopping and groceries.
