I thought that the leasing professional did a good job of selling me on the apartment. She showed me the apartment and all the other necessary features that a future resident would need to decide to lease.

I really loved the location of this property as it is close to downtown and next to some great restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. I really liked the layout of the apartments and liked that some of the apartments had hardwood flooring.

I really enjoyed my time on-site. I feel both associates I had the pleasure to meet had a wonderful out of the box attitude. I felt really comfortable on-site because they were both the right amount of professional but also "real" which is something most leasing professionals are not allowed to offer due to the strict management policies on "professionalism". I strongly believe both employees deserve Kudos for their awesome customer service skills.

This community is set beautifully near many close businesses. The grounds are flawless, and the amenities are nice and modern. However, a tiny sized fitness center and glorious pool as the two main amenities is not enough to justify the pricing. People that want to live there are living there for the location and not the standard small sized nice and generic floor plans.

It is a nice property in a great area. The place is older but it is well maintained. The staff are nice and they are attentive. The apartments are nice and spacious. You pay more for the location than the apartment in this section of town.

It's a great location on south congress and people in the complex are very friendly. Some of the finishes within the apartment are cheap or weren't properly fixed/updated after the last tenant moved out. Overall, it's been a good experience.

The location of the community was nice. It was close to a lot of cool hang out places and close to the downtown area. The parking looked cramped, but that cannot really be helped. It was nice to see that they were upgrading the business center, pool area and workout facility. The model was very nice and comfortable. It would have been very adequate for someone wanting to be in that part of town.

We moved in a few months ago and have had small issues, all of which have been addressed promptly! I deducted a star because this complex is older so things need fixing, but they've done a satisfactory renovation. The staff here is great and friendly. We enjoy the amenities and our neighbors. The location is perfect!

This community was on the cutting edge of apartment living. The amenities are topnotch with technology. One of the best locations with a lot of conveniences in the city. It seems that the maintenance workers must be working around the clock for the upkeep of the community. The staff were very professional and showed great hospitality to me while I toured the community.

A dry sauna is available at the community, and garage parking.
