The community amenities were very nice with a lot to offer for a smaller community of less than 150 apartments. The location is good because you can visit many nearby area conveniences.

My overall impression was that this apartment community was very exciting. I have always liked this area for all that it has to offer, in particular the eateries and stores for shopping. The amenities are something to be excited about. For the price, it was an overall great value. I felt like my time was well spent looking into these apartments. The person I spoke with did an amazing job making the place sound appealing.

The leasing office/ club house area was very warm and welcoming. The common areas were fabulous, and all of the landscaping was well kept.
I would have liked to see more signage from the "Future Resident" parking into the leasing office, as it was difficult to know where to go once I parked.

My first impression of the office staff was very poor. I was not acknowledged when I walked in. I was shouted at by a leasing agent who did not stand up to greet me. I felt like I was interrupting a casual conversation among the office staff. I felt like I was in the way. I would not have leased.

I liked the property a lot. Fair pricing for the area. The presentation would be most of the reason I would have leased.

The office, community area and business center were dark and dated. The pool area looked nice. The sales person was very sweet and engaging. She gave me the information I needed. I would have liked to have seen the parking situation.

The associate did not use my name during the visit.

This community is a little less expensive than other South Congress locations, likely because the building is a little older, but it's still an amazing community.

The Leasing Professional was very polite and straight forward with the information. The location was very clean and well taken care of as well.

The community was in the heart of the area with parking.

I think the rent is a little high for what is offered. It is an up-and-coming part of town, but to me it is not all that desirable. It sits on a very busy street, with a lot of activity on weekends and evenings. You would have to want that environment to want to live there.

The community had a historic style. The state capital was visible from the property. The amenities were centrally located. I toured a large one bedroom apartment with spacious rooms, an upgraded kitchen, a utility closet, and a balcony with wooded views. The lease rate was reasonable for the location, apartment size, and amenities offered.

The property was awesome, and the agent was out standing. I give the agent and the property five gold stars.

The property is in a wonderful location. It is close to all the shopping, restaurants, bus stops and night life and downtown. There were some exterior areas that needed attention, such as painting and cleaning the mail box area. The red curbs and the white parking lines needed to be painted. The leasing office and model showed well, but I did not see any resident calender events. This property has beautiful trees.
