Better reinforcement of pet policies (i.e. using leashes and picking up after pets.) Also, cleanliness and upkeep of outdoor grills needed.

I enjoy the community events. For evening ones, I wish there was more of a balance of start times for those who get off work after 5:30. Also, a potluck option would be nice and a way to get to know neighbors. One major complaint is parking, which office has no control over. I think it may be good to have stickers for resident cars (max. 2) and visitor parking in a certain area with warnings of being towed.

We love the upkeep on the landscape, very nice and green/ It's also really nice to have people who pick up after irresponsible dog owners. The staff is always nice and helpful.

Parking can be tight, some spots are taken by motorcycles. Maybe a dedicated motorcycle lot can be created (something that would make the bikers feel secure.)

The dog park is a little sketchy on the far, shady end of the property. If more dog parks were added, I might consider renewing my lease.

We love living here. Good grounds, good maintenance, and we love the location. The only problem we've had is maintenance in our apartment. Initial repsonse to a problem or complaint is very prompt, but if follow up is neded, it rarely seems to be remembered. We usually have to re-file another complaint before it gets fixed, especially if a part is needed to be ordered. Thanks for your service.
