Would because of the location, maintenance, general upkeep of the property. Would not because of the washer dryer situation and I have a brand new set, and most of my friends who live in apartments have their own as well

I would recommend others moving to the area to lease here because of the quiet location close to a good school and entertainment. Plus the management is fair and very attentive to resident needs.
